Please use this form to request a Fire Inspection. Once submitted, a member of our Fire Prevention staff will contact you at the email address or phone number provided to confirm your inspection appointment. Exact inspection time will not be confirmed.
Self Inspection Checklist can be utilized by businesses to streamline their inspection process. If you do not feel comfortable performing your own inspection, please place an “X” in the box to the right to request a standard inspection. Mail this form to Winters Fire Department (700 Main Street Winters, CA 95694) and you will be subject to a full LIVE inspection.
