Code Compliance Unit

The Code Compliance Unit is administered by the Winters Police Department and was created to address community concerns regarding property clean up and code enforcement. The Code Compliance unit addresses and investigates concerns regarding housing/building code violations, weed abatement, vehicle abandonment, and other community wellness issues.

To file a concern/complaint with the Code Compliance Unit please fill out the attached form HERE. Completed forms can be returned by email to code.compliance@winterspolice.org, by mail at Winters Police Department ATTN: Code Compliance Unit 702 Main Street Winters, CA 95694, or in person at the Winters Police Department front lobby (lobby hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, excluding weekends and holidays).
